This Chanel brooch has got to be the most blinged-out piece of jewelry I own to date; the crystals provide a high-shine reflective glamour.  This Metal CC Signature Brooch Paved with Strass is part of the Spring Summer 2015 Collection.  Pictured online at Chanel.com is a red version; I have the gunmetal silver brooch.  The Chanel brooch price is $850 (suggested retail price).

There are a multitude of ways to wear Chanel brooches, making them quite possibly one of the most versatile pieces of jewelry.  In the above picture I have pinned it in the center of the collar for a symmetrical, preppy look.  So simple.

The front of the brooch is lined with rows of multi-faceted crystals exploding with a fiery gunmetal color range.  The back of consists of smooth, matte silver.  It is safe to say the crystals reflect the respective color of the surrounding items.
